Busy Busy

I am happy to say that I have been very busy lately. I had the opportunity to make several children's cakes and I am happy to announce that I can now make dairy free cakes for those that may have allergies.

I also did a benefit at MacKenzie Child and sold four beautiful cakes to raise money for Haiti. Thank you Nicole Cahill of Sugar Kiss Inc. for inviting me to the event and helping grow my business. She makes delicious treats to satisfy any sweet tooth.

I also tried my hand, very successfully, at Fondant icing. The polka dots and bows cake and a spring cake were quite elegant. Also, please be sure to check out the cupcakes that I did for spring and stop by my Facebook page for even more pictures.
